I often get phone calls from internet leads and their first question is always the same, "How much does it cost for pool service?" And my answer is always the same:
There are three different things that change the variable of service cost.
1. How many trees do you have overhanging your swimming pool?
This is a very important factor to think about when having a pool. Why? because leaves make a lot of work for us pool guys. Especially in the fall when we are no longer the pool guys but the pool leaf crew. Ha! Also, another thing to consider with trees is that they eat up your chlorine, wear down your pump, and are hard on your plaster and filters due to all of the organic material that leafs carry.
2. Where are you located?
This is always a determining factor. If you live way out in the country you are likely to have an increase in visit fees.
3. How big is your pool?
A 40k pool is much more time consuming than a 10k pool.
So I'll ask those questions and then tell them depending on those factors you're looking at between $70 - $100 per month + chems.
Hope this helps in answering your question of how much pool service is in the Redding California area.
See you outside!
